Esquif in Canada, Eskeef in the U.S.A

I had written to Esqif months ago asking the load capacity with no reply. I had written again last week and no reply. Sadly CS is non existent. Hadden had replied to a comment in one of his videos 550-600 lbs. Then later Esquif has it listed at 400 lbs. ?? Just like he had the weight listed at 37 lbs, then 39 lbs and finally 42 lbs. In my opinion either Esquif needs to get it together or they did it purposely to make it appear lighter. How did you come up with nearly 500 lbs ?

I am way over 200 pounds and have used a 100 like this kayak for around 12 or 13 years . Mine is elie sound 100 . Pretty much the same kayak from the same maker .

I was looking at the Pungo but decided to get the Tsunami 125 for the bow bulkhead and storage and a more fitted cockpit. Pungo is a great boat though. I was able to order the Tsunami on line through LLBean. Took about three weeks to receive. Bought two so the wife and I can enjoy together
